Immigrants in Spain

Post by Marta Aparisi on Sun Feb 25, 2018 11:33 am

Immigrants come to Spain from other places because their country was very poor and they need to find a better life but sometimes they don't have the same oportunities getting a job as Spanish people, I think this immigrants are quite integrated in the Spanish society because they have a job like us and are the same as us. But there is some racist people that think that immigrants have to be treated different because of the colour of the skin or their religion. Immigrants are quite integrated but sometimes not so integrated as we think because immigrants speak other language and sometimes this causes difficulties because they have to learn our lenguaje. Sometimes immigrants coming from Africa scaping from poverty are less integrated that the ones coming from other parts of Europe. I think immigrants also need to make an effort to adapt to our society and our language and like this they will become more integrated

Marta, I totally agree with you! I also think that they are the same as us because we are all humans and we all have the same rights but, for some immigrants, getting to other country with different culture is a problem for them (they will finally start a new life but, it is not the same).
There are also other immigrants that have less problem like the people that come from Europe, as you said. I think they can do an effort but, we can also help them because for them, is not so easy.
